  1. Vermicelli

    Our vermicelli is made of potato starch produced by us using methods of preparation developed by us. The characteristics of the vermicelli produced by us include bright and clear appearance, does not have linking strips during cooking, has fine-even thread and soft and supple texture, and is broadly used in food catering particularly in hot pots.

    Furthermore, our vermicelli can be used in cold dishes and hot dishes in various Chinese cuisines. As our vermicelli is made from quality potato starch, it is more suitable than traditional vermicelli made from corn starch, bean starch and sweet potato starch in aspects of smoothness and strength.

    Our vermicelli is produced in a controlled and ventilated environment in our production facilities which minimises the possibility of contamination during production and thus improves the quality of our vermicelli. Our vermicelli is a natural food product and does not contain any additive or impurity.



  2. Starch strips

    Our starch strips are also made from potato starch produced by us. Our starch strips have a bright and translucent appearance, and a smooth, strong and delicate texture. Our starch strips are free from any additive or impurity. Starch strips are mostly used as a cold delicacy accompanying various traditional Chinese dishes and are also used in hot pots.





  3. Five-grain noodles


    Our five-grain noodles were developed by our R&D department with the technical assistance of the Vegetable Research Centre of Beijing’s Forestry and Science Institute (北京市林业科学院蔬菜研究中心) in 2002.

    The main raw material that makes up our five-grain noodles is potato starch produced by us. Other ingredients include coarse grains such as buckwheat, green bean, sorghum, millet, soybean and corn in proportion and in accordance with our self-developed formula. Our five-grain noodles are produced by processing different kinds of nutritional substances contained in different kinds of coarse grains.

    Unlike noodles made from a single kind of coarse grain through pressing and deep-frying at a high temperature, our five-grain noodles are made from a refinement of coarse grains from the northeastern part of the PRC and processed at a low temperature to preserve the nutritional contents in the coarse grains and food fibres which are essential for good health. Our five-grain noodles are made from raw materials such as coarse grains which are rich in fibre and provide various nutrition to the body such as calcium, iron, potassium, magnesium, zinc, and vitamins A, B1, B2, C and E.

    The characteristics of high elasticity, strength and smoothness of our five-grain noodles also make them a substitute for traditional noodle products.
