Our potato starch is produced using potatoes supplied from local farmers who grow potatoes in Heilongjiang and Inner Mongolia, and in the surrounding areas.
The potato starch we produce can be used in a variety of industries including food processing and catering, pharmaceuticals, oiland mining, and the manufacturing of paper, adhesives, textiles and building materials. Potato starch can also be refined to produce various kinds of modified starch, which in turn can be applied in different industries.
Currently through our network of distributors who purchase the potato starch produced by us, our potato
starch is used mainly by end-users in the food processing and catering industry. In the food processing
and catering industry, our potato starch can be used as a thickening agent in the production of sausages,
ice cream, candy, beverages and pudding. In addition, our potato starch can also be used in the
production of noodles, macaroni and dumplings to improve elasticity, pliability and texture of the food
products and in the production of snacks such as potato chips to enhance crispiness.
